The Office of Computing Services (OCS) Help Desk provides first-line problem management for Division of Administration (DOA) computer users and various statewide services. For the Division of Administration (DOA), the OCS Help Desk provides services such as support for hardware, software, mainframe, printing, IDs, and passwords.

Those services include but are not limited to:

  • Statewide Support
    • ISIS Printing and Passwords (AFS, AGPS, CFMS, ECNOL, ISIS, STARS)
    • IT Security Policies for Statewide Mainframe Users

The OIS Help Desk provides assistance to system users of statewide computer applications they maintain:

The Office of Telecommunications Management (OTM) Help Desk, available 24x7, is the statewide central point of contact for reporting issues with telecommunications systems and services provided to state agencies. These services include:
